Role Summary: A financial leadership entry-level program for people who have a proven track record of excellent academic performance, who want a career in finance and are interested in plant manufacturing & supply chain finance.
Essential Responsibilities: The three-year program consists of technical finance training with three (3) rotational assignments encompassing key areas of finance including inventory / cost accounting, sourcing, controllership, financial analysis and manufacturing. Assignments last one year and take place in GE Transportation manufacturing locations. Basic concepts of accounting are reviewed and GE practices / instructional training occur in areas such as cost accounting and financial decision making to prepare for upcoming assignments. The program combines coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars to equip you with exceptional technical, financial and business skills.
College graduate from a 4-year college or university program with business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field
Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 with preference for 3.5 and above, and strong emphasis on accounting, finance related coursework
Must be willing to relocate
