Role Summary: The role is responsible for providing advanced clinical leadership for GE Life Care Solutions (LCS) – Anesthesia segment in Asia Pacific region, consists of Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. He/she shall collaborate with region Anesthesia product leaders, product marketing and application specialists to develop & implement clinical strategies to meet sales target. He/she is engaged with Key Opinion Leaders, creating clinical case studies and presentations for congresses
Essential Responsibilities: Job is open to work locations within Japan (preferred), Korea, Australia and New Zealand. • Provide clinical support to region product and sales teams to meet/exceed operating plans. • Conduct sales support related clinical activities such as customer seminars, lectures and product road shows. • Communicate with region product, sales and application team to align applications activities with sales needs and business objectives. • Provide clinical training for direct and indirect sales teams in the region on clinical strategy and product offerings, increasing the performance of the sales force in sub-regions. • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training. • Collaborate with sales, marketing and application team on clinical training programs and clinical value proposition development for new and existing product offerings. • Coordinate market and clinical research to support product development, clinical value proposition creation and GTM programs. • Lead Customer Satisfaction Opportunity process for Anesthesia segment in APAC region. • Act as a mentor to region application team, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience. • Interface between the global application team and the region, ensuring specific regional requirements are covered by the product teams.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or minimum 5 years of clinical application experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent organizational skills & presentation skills • Willingness and ability to travel • Experience in interfacing with both internal team members, external customers group • Working experience in university hospital preferred.
Desired Characteristics: • 6+ years of experience of clinical application in healthcare business, preferably in the Anesthesia market. • Understanding of perioperative clinical workflow and practice patterns. • Proven ability in customer communication and interactions. • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
