Role Summary: Provides effective and responsive support to the Global Spares Sales in Service department of GE Power Conversion, in day-to-day business which involves fulfillment systems and insure delivery of parts and repairs.
Essential Responsibilities: Support the Process of customer spares and repairs orders onto the SAP system. Liaison, in association with the Purchase Dept for external part suppliers Liaison with internal company suppliers. Support process for customer Invoice issue and if appropriate chase overdue debts Be the interface between sales and logistics department for parts dispatch Be the focal point for customer parts and repair deliveries.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor in Production Engineering or Business Adm Advanced English (verbal and in writing) Microsoft Office ( strong skills in Excell) Strong interpersonal, facilitation & influencing skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and economic modeling skills
Desired Characteristics: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) Good Financial knowledge and commercial/contractual experience Demonstrated communication & organizational skills Strong interpersonal Skills
