Role Summary: Set-up and lead Cardiology P&L for GEHC India. Create access to Cardiology screening, Diagnostics and Comprehensive Cardiac Care in line with “At work for Healthier India”. Partner with key internal & external stakeholders for development of efficient solutions & disruptive business models. Develop & deliver training & education programs for customers. Work with the R&D and Marketing teams to improve awareness of and access to Cardiology care.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Establishing the vision and strategic plan for Cardiology across the segments • Creating a dedicated Cardiology segment for effective Cardiology solutions. Deliver a value proposition on Cardiology Care through increased access, disruptive business model and quality at lower cost • Identifying strategic industry partner (treatment) to build end to end complete Cardiology solution • Identifying and engaging with KOLs and strategic partners including leading s to understand customer needs and challenges • Attracting and retaining key talent to deliver Cardiology focused solutions and create an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction • Driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps, In country for country initiative and New Product Introductions (NPI) • Managing key business financial performance indicators such as those on the operating statement and balance sheet • Developing, executing and motivating others on strategies, tactics, measurements, and operating mechanisms to deliver business results. • Collaborating with government team, other businesses (Across product verticals), business development and strategic partners to create a robust and focused Cardiology Care Area business
Qualifications/Requirements: • Education to Bachelor Degree level, MBA an advantage. • 10+ years experience in the cardiology care area in the healthcare industry
Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
