This role is part of Commercial function at GE Global Operations where we focus on deliver high value for our customers and internal business partners like GE Digital. Digital is GE’s youngest, most dynamic business unit, focusing on the design and distribution of industrial software solutions. You can be a part of building a team that will deliver value to Digital by providing service support activities.
Our assets are the software products purchased by customers. Customer Master Data specialist’ s responsibility includes the followings:
Ensuring appropriate and up-to-date account details in GE Digital’s asset database
Collaborating with Software licensing team to receive necessary account information
Activating new software licensing solutions based on customer’s requests
Supporting data migration between CRM tools
Participating in building up a Service Support function for GE Digital from the scratch
Contributing to set up new, effective, value-based processes
Gather expertise in Software industry
Having diverse career opportunities in or outside of Commercial function
Possibilities to attend trainings (technical and soft skill-based)
Work in the office of 2015
Advanced level of English
Effective and professional verbal and written communication
Ability to manage data precisely
Ability to overview complex processes
Customer service attitude
Capability to overcome obstacles
Logical thinking, analytical mindset
Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
Some experience in customer service
CRM Siebel and Salesforce.com knowledge
In addition to English, knowledge of one other European language is preferred
