Role Summary: All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
Essential Responsibilities: - Strictly follow EHS policy, make sure own safety and all job done safely. - Installation guidance to customer for BN (Bently Nevada) hardware products, including transducers, transmitters, rack-based monitors, portable instruments. - Site commissioning timely for BN hardware/software products, including 1900/2300/3500/DSM/1701/3701 monitors, System 1 software. Ensure that the quality of the installation is consistent with the standards of BN Services and the customer. - Trouble shooting remotely or on site for customer application on BN products. - Customer training on BN products, in classroom or on site. - Provide technical support to internal sales manager.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor or above, majored in mechanical or electrical system. Thermodynamic engineering is preferred. - 1-3 years of field service experience, prefer in Power energy or Oil gas area. - Good knowledge of rotating machinery - Good knowledge of computer science and network. - Strong skills using Microsoft office - Ability to work with flexible hours and frequent travel on short notice. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
