Role Summary: Customer facing staff responsible for promoting wide range of advanced SPS products to Power customers and for winning business. 広範囲にわたるSPSの先進技術プロダクトを電力顧客に売込み、ビジネスを勝ち取る責任を負う顧客対応スタッフ。
Essential Responsibilities: Selling to Power customers, not only existing key accounts and Utilities, but also cultivating new customers especially for biomass subject to review process. Finds opportunities at early stage through network for Japan market and develops sales plan in coordinating among SPS team, along with direction from Country Sales General Manager. Also supports overseas opportunities appropriately if Japanese customers are involved. Products and systems requiring technical knowledge, and some customization to client conditions can be done. Cooperates with Tendering. Project management and Sales support, then leads team to bring wins. 既存キーアカウントや電力会社などの所謂電力顧客向けへの売込みだけでなく、特にバイオマス発電系の新規顧客開拓を行う。 ネットワークを屈指して日本市場の案件の早期発掘を行い、SPSチーム内で調整しながら営業計画を策定する。但し、Country Sales General Managerの方向性にあったものであること。 また日本の顧客が関わっている場合は、海外の機会を適切にサポートする。 製品やシステムの技術知識が必要となり、またクライアントにより多少のカスタマイズが必要となる。 Tendering、Project Management及びセールスサポートと良く連携し、チームをリードして営業結果を持ってくる。
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Account Sales.
