Role Summary: The Multi Site Project Planner will be responsible for activities related to the planning and scheduling on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Multi Site Project Planner, you will:
Be the Site planner on 2-3 large turn key projects
Demonstrate strong Primavera expertise
Demonstrate schedule analysis and forensics expertise… able to generate and defend claims with a strong tie to real schedule data
Posses strong knowledge of site craft productivity rates , calculations thereof
Have strong knowledge of construction costs and estimating
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planner / Scheduler of a large turnkey construction project
15 + years in projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
