Role Summary: -Support commercial process digitalization & tools rollout for all O&G product lines applicable in MENAT region -Liaise with HQ IT Commercial and O&G Product Companies IT for best practice replication and synergies across regions -Contribute to MENAT Parts Store initiative as IT PM
Essential Responsibilities: MENAT Parts Store is a Predix 2.0 platform that went live on Nov 2016 and acts as unique entry point for RFQ, quote and orders transactions exchange between Commercial regional users, Channel Partners and End users. This platform collects and dispatches RFQs and POs, creating quotes and orders in 5 Oracle and SAP ERPs. Platform evolution is on-going and you will interact with Commercial regional users, Channel Partners and End users for requirements collection, implementation definition and interact with Digital Hub/external supplier whenever applicable. You will also contribute post-production support and be exposed to external users for demo and testing and support adoption.

In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
-Leverage existing solutions and global design to drive standardization & simplification to reduce implementation timelines & costs -Assist in supporting the GE Infrastructure enhancement request process -Communicate standards, policies, & compliance requirements -Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback -Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for business processes -Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business processes -Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they are in concert with business objectives and goals
Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or a high school diploma/GED with significant experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions) -Significant experience with current information technologies and their influence on business functions -Fluency in English -Preferred experience in SAP/Oracle ERPs and Business Intelligence reporting capabilities -Preferred experience in commercial context
