Role Summary: The position will be operationally reporting to Global CMS PSI Leader with dotted line responsibility to GRC Supply Chain Leader.
Essential Responsibilities: • Responsible for fulfilling customer orders (OTD), improving business cash management (Inventory) across Asia region for CMS business. • Develop and maintain a forecasting process & rhythm across Asia region to plan future volume based on customer demand and commercial forecast, proactively partnering with commercial teams to win new orders by optimizing lead time and cost with digital tool leverage. • Develop and maintain Toller performance metrics across Asia region, partner with regional operation leaders to optimize fulfillment strategy and supply footprint to support CMS business growth in region • Responsible for Taiwan CMS supply chain operation including OTD, Inventory, Logistics, tollers performance management to support Taiwan CMS business growth. • Develop and manage strategic inventory to satisfy customer needs and drive business growth, lead cross-functional team to monitor and forecast inventory levels, and manage risks & opportunities. • Lead cross-functional team including supply chain, Product Management and Commercial to reduce slow moving and non-moving inventory. • Drive business critical projects and process improvements with cross functional team • Pursue PSI/supply chain functional excellence in all areas and work with a global PSI framework
Qualifications/Requirements: • Previous PSI/Master Scheduling experience • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills • Working knowledge of SAP and technical background • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
