Role Summary: Post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.
Essential Responsibilities: EHS
Support EHS field performance especially around LOTO, Training, Stop Work and mobilization checklist.
Drive EHS culture in FSE Team.
Lead critical service projects such as complex installations, upgrades and overhauling in cost, function, time scheduling & execution.
Process improvement including VCP.
Lead relevant fleet actions with strong interaction and support from PQE, quality and engineering.
FSE Team lead, Development & Coaching
Functional team lead of the FSE Team
Development and execution of field service training strategy
including detailed skills and training matrix
internal & external training execution
Ensure quality in filed activities in regard but not limited to
required skills, tools and support to succeed
fix right first time initiative
documentation & reporting
Field Services Support
Support development of critical service initiatives that enable digitalization, connectivity and overall productivity improvement with new tools, platforms and software.
Represent services on critical initiatives such as upgrades and NPI.
Field Service activity.
Execution of Field Service projects & reactive Field Service jobs.
Possess significant experience as UTTM field service technician or engineer in software, services, quality and supply chain.
Significant experience in team leading.
College graduate or above in electronics, electricity or mechatronics.
Fluent English and German.
Project management experience is required.
Good interpersonal skills ability to communicate.
Good knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, ERP, IE, etc.).
GE project management certified.
Previous knowledge of GE Services practices and customer base.
