Role Summary: Develop UFS & Repower Sales business for Service in Europe. Lead sustainable growth in the region focused on this market segment development.
Lead UFS Contractual & Transactional business development in the European Area Assigned focusing on LT contract opportunities and in high value transactional business
UFS will include also the Repowering part of the business in the whole life cycle (dismantling, installation of NU, refurbishing and recommercialization of repowered units
Support accurately forecast pipeline of opportunities including Orders and Sales for a given sales territory in GE's ComPass (Salesforce.com) system on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provide competitive market feedback to the business on any proposals, development, win or lose via use of Saleforce.com
Labour the market to get new customers currently outside GE influence area.
Develop Multivendor opportunities in a strategic way that allows GE to position better in the service market.
Drive strategic agreements with Service Partners that facilitate business volume increase, including NDAs & MSAs negotiation lead if required
Provide customer insights to key service offering gaps for NPI development as well as competitor intelligence. Propose and Initiate the development of new products / services the market is demanding and are not currently included in our portfolio.
Lead the development of business model that allows us to be successful in the UFS market including but not limited to:
Cost models for strategic targets fleets
Contract structuring for UFS contractual and transactional markets
Sourcing development for UFS
Marketing of GE capabilities in UFS
Configuration management & technical support for target UFS fleets
EHS & compliance
Leverage other departments to provide competitive / wining market advantages in our proposals.
Work with the customer to move single transactional deals intro contractual ones where needed.
Design the sales and price strategy for your area together with the rest of the GE team.
Put in value GE advantages in front of the market.
Coordination of different team member activities to assure on time response for each duty.
Develop effective market strategies in line with the business objectives. Drive orders and develop growth opportunities for GE Renewables Global Projects and Services Organization
Establish and maintain customer/ partners relations at senior level decision-maker levels
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Significant experience in wind business, preferably with customer related aspects
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of the wind industry, markets uncovered needs & wind products available in the profolio.
Experience in GE sales tools
Field Services / Engineering experience & customer knowledge
Technical / commercial sales experience
EU Work Permit
