Role Summary:
The Fleet Administrator, will be responsible for maintain relationship with the fleet companies, manage driver experience and handle policy exceptions, create purchase orders, manage cost allocation, validate of vehicle and fuel card eligibility.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver experience & handle policy
  • Order approval v. policy
  • Cost
    management (approve rewrites, OEM vehicle negotiation, proactive contract mgmt.
    fuel, damage, EOT cost)
  • Duty of care inc. licence checks & driver safety
  • Policy & service improvements e.g. Fuel project
  • PO & Invoices vs. budget
  • Review & challenge damage billing
  • Validation of vehicle & fuel card eligibility
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Accuracy of Legal Entities set up in supplier system
  • Review and maintain accurate data relating to vehicles
  • Organize new starters and leavers vehicles
  • Organize regular ride and drive events working closely
    with manufacturers and business management to ensure a successful event
  • Manage the demonstrator vehicle fleet and coordinate
    for business trips/interim cars
  • Work closely with other members of the GE Fleet Operations
    and supplier Commercial support teams
  • Liaise with suppliers accordingly following
  • Participate in Strategic review meetings of the fleet
  • Own and manage the GE distribution list of drivers
    working closely with HR Operations
  • Following up with drivers on outstanding Company Car
    Compliance training actions
  • Participate in Supplier review meetings


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or
    college; preferably with a focus on supply chain management, foreign trade,
    trade law, finance, or business administration
  • Experience in Finance or Supply Chain role
  • experience in Fleet management or similar activities
  • Lease or
    B2P process knowledge
  • Written
    and verbal fluency in English
  • A visible individual that has a get up and go approach
  • SAP
    and/or B2P solutions (Basware, Readsoft, Perceptive…) strong knowledge
  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Customer
    Service Focused/Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
  • Strong
    analytical and strong problem solving skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • At least
    one additional European language (other than English)
