Role Summary: Customer Determine our Success. The GE O&G Engineering Customer Excellence team is focused on providing GE Store technology leadership & expertise for each Key Account team. The Customer Technology Leader Senior Engineer position will support these activities in a multiyear time frame.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Customer Technology Leader – Shell Key Account you will:
Be a member of the Customer Key Account team to bring GE Store technology to bear on customer technical needs. This includes all facets of the technology development from Session Technology to product / service qualification and installation
Develop network and technical confidence with senior customer technical leaders and decision makers
Engage customer technology leaders in pre-feed / Feed projects’ and technical strategy decisions. Provide opportunities for GE technology thought leadership for our customers. Represent the GEOG CTO in daily KA interactions
Anticipate customer strategic technology roadmaps and align / feedback into overall GEOG / GRC Product development cycle (NTI, NPI and Product qualification)
Drive Engineering Excellence across Key Account GEOG / Engineering touchpoints
Work with KA Technology leader peers to share and construct KA / GEOG Joint Industry development programs
Prepare timely report out to senior leadership management
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum 10 years of technical leadership experience
Master's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
System engineering skills
MBB or BB certification or GB certification
Requisition or NPI or I&RD Technical project management experience
O&G product lines knowledge,
Demonstrated Influencing skills
Executive presence and presentation skills,
Excellence Interpersonal skills
Customer satisfaction experience
