Role Summary: AuM Hotspot Engineer owns designated customers/sites/units for delivering enhanced touch points to ensure customer sees the value for their digital journey
Essential Responsibilities: • Track M&D value through resolution and implementation • Alarms documentation – communicate to the customer, provide recommendations – follow-up implementation of recommendations • Technical point of contact for operational, performance, controls related matters including combustion tuning • Document service value through customer agreement by tracking reliability, availability of the Iraq fleet units (avoided cost, unavailability and so on) • Review reports with customers on calendar basis, own actions, customer questions/concerns and document meeting minutes with rigorous follow through concerned internal organizations • Prepare weekly update on alarm tracking sheet with OSM health, Data, Portal and units health & connectivity reports • Support the CPM/CSM to deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction by driving progress of PAC/technical cases including CIRs as required • Advocate for the customer on issuing additional requests for additional studies/performance reports/ assessments as needed basis • Trip log tracking and analyses required with Trip summary • System software tracking with revision and upgrade options • Unit Availability and Performance as per contract calculation • Maintenance Factors calculation and outages forecasting supporting CPM/CSM/TM • Complete Monthly technical/performance reports for the responsible fleet
Qualifications/Requirements: BS/MS Engineering or Technology discipline
