Role Summary: This role shall provide clinical applications & product support to customers in APAC region for Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) Segment. This includes providing pre-sale product demo/clinical trial support and post-sale application support, and internal training to drive sales goals. The role also leads new product launch, creating and executing strategy across Asia-Pacific. In addition, leading education program to external customers by working with global educations team.
Essential Responsibilities: • Support sales activities by providing region based workshops and seminars. • Lead education program for external customers (physicians and technologist) • Establish KOL and show site, help KOLs develop White papers in their segment • Support providing technical and clinical leadership during sales process by region application specialist, by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed • Support developing, coordinating and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationship • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
Additional leadership responsibilities also include: • Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices • Act as a support to local zone team, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience • Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align applications activities with sales needs and business objectives • Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met • Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to perform ultrasound scanning on live patients in a clinical environment (Mammography or Breast Ultrasound) 2. At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas (Radiographer or Sonographer) 3. Willingness to travel within APAC countries for any clinical support needs. Representation in meetings and trade-shows may additionally be required. 4. Excellent Presentation and public speaking skills, ability to deliver simplified messages to a diversified target audience from Academic, to clinical to technical and be able to get the message through.
