Role Summary: The Global Continuous Improvement & Quality Leader is a key Senior Leadership role responsible for the provision and COE support of Continuous Improvement, Quality and Lean Programs for the ES Fulfillment organization, reporting directly to the Global Fulfillment Leader
Essential Responsibilities: As the Global Continuous Improvement & Quality Leader, you will:
Lead a safe and compliant workforce to deliver an industry defining service organization
Partner with Customers, Commercial, CF+E, Product Management and HQ and Regional Fulfillment teams to drive growth
Drive Quality and Lean excellence by benchmarking across industry leaders, competitors and parallel industries
Partner to drive Quality Audit results and Business Process excellence
Partner to build a culture of Continuous improvement, and systematic projects to drive such
Partner to deliver Lean and Continuous improvement driven Cost out programs in conjunction with the Regional fulfillment Leaders
Build a quality network throughout all the business functions to drive activity and compliance on quality initiatives
Control and drives QMS documents to drive consistency of operation across our regional teams
Drive processes and reporting for all breakage and escaping defect events. Drives reporting via COQ and COF
Lead RCA and Lessons learned processes across the business
Drive to, OP and planning needs around Quality and Lean
Drive Lean culture adoption, training and mentorship to dive meaningful waste reduction and reductions in cycle time
Manage training needs within the quality network to ensure effective skill set balance, geographic support, and employee development
Partner with Global BPO/ Digital leader to deliver a best in class suite of service IT tools
Request, Review and Compile data from Customer surveys to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline with Considerable experience in water treatment field
Considerable experience in water treatment field or in Quality field with a strong technical element
Some experience in of supervision / leadership experience
Ability and willingness to travel, as needed 25% of time, as required

Ability to communicate at executive level with concise verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficient with ability to learn other software applications
Experience in GE Global Field Services Leadership or GE Supply Chain Leadership
Experience with GE water treatment equipment

Ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment for success – Strong Influencing skills and ability to communicate vision
Demonstrated Program / Project management skills
Experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment. UF, RO, EDR, EDI, pumps, motors, FDA, filtration, and chemical feed systems
