Role Summary: Solutions Group Leader (SOG Leader) will have overall responsibility for the GE Grid Solutions operational excellence and business growth at the Russian & CIS market. The person will lead the business integration to GE. He/she represents business interests in the sub-Region by building strong long-term relationships with customers and local authorities at a high level as well as maintaining a co-operative association within GE.
Essential Responsibilities: SOG Leader drives the operational performance and plays the front-line role for the customers for the portfolio of projects and products including the results across the sub-Region of destination.
He/she ensures through the Solutions project monitoring cycle coordination and alignment with other Products Lines involved on project in his/her sub-region. He/she is responsible for the technical tendering and costing of the Solution projects including the risk assessment as well as customer satisfaction when contracts are executed. As a consequence, he/she coordinates with the Account Managers and/or the Sales Specialist in the Region of destination the commercial activities with the customers. In his/her day-to-day operational role, the position holder directly reports to the Europe, Russia & CIS Region Leader and animates Project Management, Engineering, Planning and Site Management functions. SOG Leader guarantees the application of Grid Solutions and other specific methods & tools.

Qualifications/Requirements: MS or Engineer degree or equivalent At least 8 to 10 years’ experience in project execution, engineering or project management role or in similar positions with responsibility for the region business results Experience in multinational matrix-structure companies
