Role Summary: The Staff Enterprise Architect will serve as the Techno Functional leader for the multiple GE Oracle ERP Applications with strong focus on Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS 188.8.131.52, R12, OTM >M.Drive the initiatives around Oracle ERP business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will be leading project teams,executing plans,and business process to develop sustainable Oracle ERP Technical solutions by driving simplification, digitization and reusability.
Essential Responsibilities: Experience in oracle fusion tech stack is a must for this role.
In this role you will:
Excellent leadership, project management and strategic thinking skills, and a proven ability to collaborate and communicate well with senior staff.
Leads a team of technical resources (both Employees as well as contractors) to implement/support and built integration with Oracle ERP across multiple GE businesses.
Ability to provide solution design through Oracle ERP Functionality and customizations
Contributes to the development of project and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components across teams (multiple teams) that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization
Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction.
Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at project level.
Participates in the EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model.
Supports the development software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
Researches and evaluates emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
Coaches and mentors team members.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technical area (Oracle ERP Architecture, Software, or Information Technology) or (a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology or Software).
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with skills.

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Atlanta GA.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oracle ERP (Release 11 or R12 and Oracle Fusion) implementing at least 2 large-scale full life cycle global Oracle ERP implementations. Experience in oracle fusion tech stack is a must for this role.
Strong experience is Oracle Application development framework (ADF), Oracle BI publisher and in Oracle SOA suite for integrations is a must. Exposure to J2EE application development framework will be a plus for this role
Knowledge and /or experience in Oracle manufacturing/ Supply-chain modules is a plus
Exposure of technical tools set to support Oracle fusion /R12 implementation and integrations. Ability to do high level and low level design and will be able to guide developer and business analyst
Ability to do high level and low level design and will be able to guide developer and business analyst.
Experience in architecting global, large-scale applications, which span multiple countries and business units.
Ability to communicate and interact with Business functions across GE business.
