Our Renewable business is organized into three businesses including:

• On Shore Wind
• Off Shore Wind
• Hydro

Role Summary:
The role is responsible for the operation of the R-table in Asia and spans:
- Establishment of the regional sales and volume plan;
- Managing demand forecasting with global supply chain and manufacturing functions; and
- Managing the risk review process and approvals for Asia on-shore wind equipment deals.

Essential Responsibilities:
Renewable Sales / Planning and Manufacturing Integration:
- Work with the Asia Commercial Operations team and Finance to establish the Regional Sales / Volume Plan.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process in Asia and ensure global coordination.
- Work with supply chain and manufacturing for accurate demand forecasting.
- Act as delegate for the Commercial Operations Manager in Asia
- Present ITO Status at Renewables Volume Operations Reviews.
- Work with Information Technology teams to continue to improve ITO-System functionality.
- Lead regional simplification and process improvements for the ITO teams.

Renewables ITO Risk Process Execution:
- Lead R2/R3 risk review process for Asia.
- Approve/Sign-off schedule requests for Asia equipment bids.
- Ensure rigorous deal reviews and process compliance.

Project Release/Handover Management:
- Arrange and Lead handover meetings from sales to project execution
- Monitor and manage the effective release of projects so that schedules are met and timely fulfillment is ensured
- Manage all advance order and material releases as required.
- ITO management of the A-process.

Business trips in Europe; Asia and the USA are to be foreseen.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS or MS Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields
- Min. 3 years of experience in Sales / Commercial functions
- Demonstrated evidence of impactful leadership in commercial transactions, negotiations or other closures
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence on all levels of the organization
- Ability to perform effectively in a non-hierarchical, matrix management, team-type environment
- Experience with customer specification review, proposal development and leading sales effort
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
- Clear Thinker who has the strategic capacity to sift through complex
- Sales/Commercial Operations Process experience
- Risk Analysis and review process experience.

Desired Characteristics:
- With a commercial or engineering background, your enthusiasm for technology as well as your commercial and negotiation skills will allow you to reach the required goals.
- Previous experience in the field of negotiating multi-million USD equipment contracts would be a strong advantage.
- On-shore Wind Product Knowledge
- Fluent English is mandatory.
