Role Summary: Sales Manager for Singapore that demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will drive channel sales growth for MS product lines and also direct sales for strategic key customers primarily in Singapore . You will support, set ambitious targets and develop winning strategies for the MS business primarily in Singapore.
Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the sales of measurement solutions product line primarily in Singapore including flow meters, analyzer, pressure instrument. - Own, deliver financial performance for channel portfolio and direct sales accounts - Create channel specific business plans, set G&Os, monitor the progress and take actions to drive the strategies - Manage the key accounts including end customers, EPCs, Petrochemical & Marine, Aerospace,etc. - Follow the projects independently; manage the whole process of a project including inquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract etc. - Develop and manage the distributors in the assigned countries including business plan, pipeline management, conflict management and technical support. - Organize customers events to promote GE products, support marketing programs, strategies and New Product Introduction (NPI) - Communicate and engage with different functional teams in local and in globe to get support of application eng., pricing and customer care etc.
Qualifications/Requirements: - BSc. Degree or above in Instrumentation, Process control, Automation, etc. - Above 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the sales of Instrumentation, Process Controls or Automation products. - Background of similar products experience or segment experience would be advantage. - Results-oriented, good communication, be motivator, self-starter and dedicated team player. - Can work and perform well under pressure.
