Role Summary: The Candidate Experience Leader is responsible for the overall vision (digital, physical & cultural aspects of the candidate experience at GE including both internal and external candidates), clear definition of moments that matter, and delivering key outcomes. Responsible for key stakeholder and persona engagement including employees, managers, talent acquisition, HR domain experts and our CoEs.
Attract the best candidates to GE … ensure the ‘candidate’ experience results in ‘promoters’ (internal or external) to the greatest extent possible
Walk in the shoes of our candidates … advocate for, & empathize with them
Design, validate, and iterate candidate journey maps … educate & influence key stakeholders to ensure great candidate experiences & outcomes
Define ‘moments that matter’ for our candidates … partner with ‘persona champions’ to ensure key personas are represented
Partner w/ Candidate PM (Digital Tech), Talent Acquisition, HR & facilities teams (and others as appropriate) to ensure our candidate experience is optimized
Analyze candidate experience data, demonstrate improvements/impact, share key insights & drive changes based on insights
Drive experimentation across candidate experience to test ideas and implement those that continue to improve the candidate experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in business management, human resources, talent and/or talent acquisition.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Ability to effective communicate, influence and facilitate at multiple levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to develop and execute strategic plans; strong execution skillset.
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization…high level of interpersonal, communications, and collaboration skills.
Strong project management capability including facilitation, complex problem-solving and analytical skills.
