Role Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives around supporting Site Administration, purchase requisitions, site logistics and events, and various other HR and administrative tasks.
Support senior management and staff in site activities and functions.
Process and track purchase requisitions for site operations
Assist with completing the on-boarding and recruitment of new employees
Perform reception duties for site visitors, etc.
Maintain site services with internal and external operators.
Provide reports using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working in a team oriented environment with multiple priorities
Arrange and coordinate travel when required
Comply with all EHS and Compliance Policies
Perform other required office functions as directed by immediate supervisor
Schedule Tech X Meetings and Trainings
Scheduling of site meetings orientations, operations meetings, new hire lunches
Handle CIO's calendar, travel, expenses, special events, etc.
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years experience working as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or office manager

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Prior experience with web-based applications and/or systems administration
Experience in logistics background for facilities support.
