Role Summary: The Senior Contract Performance Manager - CSX manages all activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration and management , terms and conditions of the contract and the management of claims. This role involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project as well as definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:
Be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. Interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service and / or other teams
Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
Participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
Develop the year plan for of the larger unit
Present product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across GE. Important business unit clients
Use complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
A minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
