Role Summary:
In this role the Services Coordinator will have to work closely with the Service Manager (SM), Field Services team leaders (TLs) and all Service team members to coordinate and deliver Measurement & Control (M&C) field services across the product lines.

Essential Responsibilities:
Collect the customer information and set up;
•Make service quotation and contract from customer and internal factory as well as collect Service payment from customer and internal factory;
•Assist with service training and service channel audits;
•Request and assist with outsourcing service;
•Record and gather the service orders and revenue monthly;
•Gather and record the service engineer's travel and payroll monthly;
•Responsible for all aspects of opening and maintaining projects including but not limited to:
Opening jobs and S/O's
Billing and Rev Rec
Billing and Rev Rec
Cost Plans
WIP/ECA
Creating Local Purchase Orders
New Vendor / Customer Registration
GECARS, invoice problems, contact customers, invoice registration
•BW, BI, BO report and analysis;
•Analyse data, and provide reports to SM /TLs;
•Review and audit time reports for region and work with TLs and SM for compliance;
•Ensure SOX compliance both reporting and reviewing tests;
•Audit projects for time drop , rev rec , billing and WIP/ECA;
•Ensure revenue and billing is actioned on time;
•Assist SMs with forecasting;
•Arrange/Support Customer Training inclusive of logistics and ordering manuals, compiling agendas and organising equipment;
•Assist Service Personnel with time drop issues;
•Support for SAP issues and authorization issues;
•Shipping & Receiving for RMA (Product Warranty)
•Assist Field Engineers in travel booking and equipment shipping
•Comply with all applicable Compliance, Quality, EHS regulations

Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience
•Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience working in a similar role;
•Experience working in the Resource and/or Oil & Gas industry;
•Secondary education attainment
•Degree/ Certification in Business Studies recommended
Skills
•Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
•Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast paced environment;
•Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs;
•Strong oral and written communication skills;
•Ability to successfully multi task;
•Internet proficiency and knowledge of web-based applications;
•Proficient working in using SAP, ServiceMax and knowledge of Kronos;
•Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications
