Role Summary: This position has responsibility for day-to-day operational execution of a complex development team. As a key member of the Executive Development Director staff the role ensures the team has the facilities, tools, resources and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of projects.
Essential Responsibilities: â¢ Drive day-to-day operational tempos and rigor, has responsibility to coordinate activities for strategic business rhythms including Growth Play Book: long term strategic plan; Session II & Op Planning. â¢ Own and be accountable for team financial, resources, staffing assuring commitments are met. â¢ Demonstrate mastery of the intricacies of interactions and dynamics in Agile teams. Assure consistent, effective rhythms for agile & lean start-up rituals and artifacts â¢ Be an expert in proactively using data, practical knowledge and innovative insights to drive timely decisions, determine appropriate courses of action, forecast future needs while managing risk and uncertainty for the team. â¢ Work with Executive Director to establish vision and drive the operational strategy for the organization for technology strategy, quality strategy and organizational and resource strategy â¢ Navigate through ambiguity, prioritizes conflicting asks and shows ability to adapt to changing situations. Identifies and champions internal / external best practices, tools and ideas to improve execution and quality. â¢ Demonstrate strategic level skills in collaborating with different stakeholders, influencing decisions and an ability to take strategic view. â¢ Work closely with facilities, souring, finance and other cross functional teams to ensure on time availability of necessary resources for the team â¢ Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders on the status of operations, potential challenges and mitigations
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • A minimum of 10 years of operations experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product \\
