Role Summary: The Project Quality assurance team are responsible for project execution excellence and for ensuring that quality assurance is built into the project from the time of receiving the tender through to completion.
Essential Responsibilities: Partnering with the local Operations and Function teams, this role will be responsible for the project Quality Assurance within the portfolio of the sub-region, and will ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction from the delivered products and services. •Responsible for project related Quality Assurance and associated planning of products and services under responsibility of the sub-region •Act as Project Customer quality contact •Conduct contract review for quality requirements •Review contract to identify documentation & technical requirements •Conduct periodic project quality audits •Prepare project quality records including compiling End of Manufacturing reports •Construct project specific Inspection & Test Plans that include customer requirements •Coordinate customer Hold & Witness points •Provide coaching and support in preventative quality techniques for the sub region •Supporting the quality culture within Power Service •Drive initiatives to simplify and improve efficiency of the Region processes •Handle and report project NCRs and CoPQ •Lead improvement actions and root cause analysis •Involvement in Lessons Learnt process
Qualifications/Requirements: •Bachelor's degree or similar from an accredited university in Engineering, Quality or other technical or business related field •At least 3 years of experience in the domain of Quality and/or Field Service (including erection, commissioning and outage) •Willingness and ability to travel minimum 50% of the time
