Role Summary: The Interventional Clinical Marketing Manager, US and Canada will be responsible for developing the clinical marketing strategy and delivering to the plan with a team of Advanced Clinical Specialists. They will lead and develop the team while establishing relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and coordinating the development of clinical evidence and partnering with region marketing teams to develop marketing content.
Essential Responsibilities: ~Provides leadership, direction, evaluation, and decisions to a team of 15+ Interventional Advanced Clinical Specialists ~Defines the clinical marketing strategy and tactical plan ~Coordinates the development of clinical evidence – clinical cases, white papers, manuscripts, abstracts, articles, etc. ~Coordinates the creation of high-quality clinical marketing content to highlight features, benefits and clinical outcomes of the interventional portfolio ~Establishs direct relationships with key opinion leaders across the region ~Develop and Manage show-site strategy and seamless execution of site visits ~Enables show sites to provide flawless customer experience ~Spearheads clinical events such as customer symposia and users’ meetings ~Works closely with the global clinical team
Qualifications/Requirements: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS ~Domain knowledge of the interventional imaging technology and marketplace ~Hands-on individual who is effective at both strategic and tactical levels ~Resourceful leader with experience leading large teams ~Affinity for technology and ability to thrive in a large-company environment ~Superb communications skills (written, verbal, visual) ~Self-starter with an ability to lead and follow-through on projects ~Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ~Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health care discipline ~A minimum of five years of experience in Interventional Imaging
Desired Characteristics: Master's Degree in related field
