Role Summary:
Your main focus will be providing client management support for the South Europe HR Manager on various HR tasks in a truly international environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
The role will provide a great opportunity for:


  • Learning about General Electric and its people management culture and processes
  • Working with many people from different levels of the organization
  • Owning and driving tasks independently

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide dedicated support to client support HR Manager with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, posting jobs, onboarding, new hire orientation, off boarding and more
  • Support HR administration tasks, manage contract and organizational changes; Work with HR operations team to have updated employee data with regular quality checks
  • Ensure data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
  • Works on projects about or Talent Management, Learning and Development Program, Communication, Benefits etc.
  • Participate in GE-wide, business and local team driving Human Resource (HR) initiatives as talent events, seminars or training
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, charts, reports and other types of correspondence and communication materials

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Graduated from a top level University on Economics / Psychology /HR/ Political Science / Languages
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
    • Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
    • Great communication and relationship building skills
    • Independence and self confidence
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
    • Enthusiasm, drive & determination
    • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
    • EU Work Permit

      Desired Characteristics:

      • Previous work experience as HR Intern in a multinational environment preferable in General Electric
      • Oracle HR systems knowledge
      • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
      • Interest in HR profession on the long term is an advantage
