Role Summary: Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Essential Responsibilities: The Senior Customer Program Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, contribute to the overall business strategy and support Customers in order to reach their targets.
Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned customer(s)
Provide total (Customized Service Agreement and Time & Material) program leadership
Serve as the key sales interface for new contracts and proposals
Provide coordination with other GE Customer organizations through the Customer Team process
Function as primary liaison between internal GE organizations and customers
Manage the Contract Margin Review process and/or Time & Material profitability metrics
Responsible for contract flow down with Sales Director and the development of procedure manuals related to the contract
Develop and implement business plans to achieve program profitability and workscoping
Represent GE in business and contractual discussions with customer
Review invoices and collect cash in a timely manner
Establish productivity goals by contract or product
Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer
Determine and flow down customer shop visit forecasts
Represent GE within international Consortium to manage working groups and relations within Partner Companies and international Customers
Work in close collaboration with Product Support and Customer Support for for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for each of the assigned product lines
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Relevant experience in customer management and program management
Willingness and ability to travel for meetings
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
Knowledge of overhaul and repair processes "
Strong oral and written communication skills (both Italian & English)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to lead cross functional and customer / supplier teams
Strong conflict resolution skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong influencing skills in a global environment
Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management
