Role Summary: An experienced analyst handling day-to-day Intercompany loan management process and working improve Treasury's Loan servicing capability.
• Manage ongoing servicing on Intercompany loans and, including execution of drawdowns, repayments, amendments, documentation retention, etc. • Respond to inquiries and requests regarding loan balances, activity, operational issues, etc. • Ensure team meets established Service Level Agreements • Assist ICF/CASH Accounting team in the closure of open items • Produce productivity and management metrics • Manage multiple stakeholders and support key operations projects/initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in booking and servicing of transactions • Participate in building test cases for new ICF solutions and perform user acceptance testing for production releases • Establish a working relationship with diverse groups within Treasury and GE businesses including Tax, Legal, Operations, Accounting, and IT
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business, accounting or related field and proven years of related work experience or equivalent knowledge and experience • Loan management experience • Demonstrated strong analytical skills • Strong computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Demonstrated project management skills.
• Master’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent • WallStreet Systems background or exposure • Hands on Treasury experience preferably within GE • Experience working in global business environment • Understanding of treasury operations, policies and practice • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong Organizational Skills: must be able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
