Role Summary:
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Lead Sales Specialist within a geographic area will:

  • Be responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Develop sales plan for a specific region
  • Be responsible for products and systems requiring technical knowledge
  • Be responsible for some customization to client conditions can be done
  • Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales
  • Lead a department with large estimated orders
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR high school diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Origination)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Origination

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability

    PLEASE NOTE: Chicago, IL is the preferred location, however other U.S. locations may be considered.
