Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Lead Sales Specialist within a geographic area will:
Be responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
Develop sales plan for a specific region
Be responsible for products and systems requiring technical knowledge
Be responsible for some customization to client conditions can be done
Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales
Lead a department with large estimated orders
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR high school diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Origination)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Origination
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
