Role Summary:
The Project Data Analyst will be responsible for the organization and control of project and data analysis to facilitate the on-time delivery of Pipeline Inspection reports for post service client support.

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Project Data analyst, you will:

  • Quality check technical pipeline reports for common English/grammatical errors along with technical mistakes and consistency
  • Track and manage the on-time delivery of pipeline inspection reports
  • Be responsible for the satisfaction of client expectations for the inspection report
  • Be responsible for the pre and post service client support
  • Provide provision of support when necessary in order to facilitate the reporting process
  • Highlight problems to Team Leader and recommend workable solutions
  • Effective utilization of resources to meet reporting time scales and budgets
  • Support of development of analysis methods and tools, in order to improve productivity
  • Provision of an effective pre and post-sales support service for reporting information
  • Report to various levels of management on project milestones – (including electronic tracking)
  • Examples of Key Results and Relevant KPIs:
    • On-time delivery of reports
    • Productivity
    • Procedural compliance
    • Number of client queries
    • Personal Development of Skills



Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid passport


Desired Characteristics:
  • Proficient in the following software programs:
    • AutoCAD (specifically isometric)
    • UltraPipe
    • Microsoft Office
    • Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Knowledgeable in the following software programs
    • G3PTM
    • EMPAC
  • Comfortable working in a Chemical / Industrial environment
  • TWIC Credentialed- (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
  • Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils – Basic Plus Trained
