Role Summary: The Project Data Analyst will be responsible for the organization and control of project and data analysis to facilitate the on-time delivery of Pipeline Inspection reports for post service client support.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Project Data analyst, you will:
Quality check technical pipeline reports for common English/grammatical errors along with technical mistakes and consistency
Track and manage the on-time delivery of pipeline inspection reports
Be responsible for the satisfaction of client expectations for the inspection report
Be responsible for the pre and post service client support
Provide provision of support when necessary in order to facilitate the reporting process
Highlight problems to Team Leader and recommend workable solutions
Effective utilization of resources to meet reporting time scales and budgets
Support of development of analysis methods and tools, in order to improve productivity
Provision of an effective pre and post-sales support service for reporting information
Report to various levels of management on project milestones – (including electronic tracking)
