Role Summary:
First level support for Consumables and Custom leaders for pricing and system sales analysis for contracts, dashboards and internal metrics for new products. Maintain and run programs to review sales, forecast and pricing data and produce reports and dashboards to support leadership and field teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Forecasting: Set up and maintain sales operations processes and policies. Generate order and sales forecast and analysis reports for Custom SFDC data.
2. New Product Requests: Maintain metrics and details specific to product modification request (PMR) for Custom product portfolio.
3. Training: Maintain training metrics and tracking as well as coordination of larger field training initiatives including LiSA.
4. Special Program: Assist coordination of University Rep Program to support field
5. Contractor Support: Primary responsibility for contractor maintenance: calculating VIC and inputting data for payment for GE field contractors within commercial teams.
6. Direct Program Tracking: GE direct field engagement SOP, dashboard maintenance.
7. Cross train as backup for Channel Operations as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Associate's Degree
2. 3+ years’ experience in Sales/Services and/or Operations roles
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
4. Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
5. Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
7. Good English capability in both spoken and written

Desired Characteristics:
1.. Previous commercial/sales experience.

2. Trade and finance background is preferred.

3. Flexibility, good negotiation skills.

4. Bachelors' degree or higher
