Role Summary: The role will act as Executive support to India COO organization. The role will be responsible for providing backbone functions through effective administration of COO's office
Essential Responsibilities: Ensuring administrative functions are carried out effectively Partnering COOs office with coordination of critical programs Ensuring report outs and budget controls Ensuring management of Admin function overall The activities of Executive assistant will be chiefly but not limited to above functions
Qualifications/Requirements: Possessing a graduate degree in any discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and support
Desired Characteristics: Possessing academic credentials in Secretarial practice Knowledge of short hand Having supported senior level managers / C-suite executives. #DTR
