Role Summary:
Materials Scheduler role will be responsible to develop Schedules, work with Stakeholders with focus on customer order fulfilment and control of deliverables, Inventory analysis, cycle time reduction etc. as per scheduled fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Work proactively on shortages, short cycle shipments as well as customer demands, and proactive material planning. Keep rigorous track of Parts at Risk (PAR). Work closely with Customers and drive OTD rigorously.

Essential Responsibilities:
o Develop Schedule for customer demands and Co-ordinate among stakeholders to arrive at mutually acceptable time lines keeping prime focus on Customer Requirements for product lines
o Drive complete order fulfilment and control the deliverables as per master schedule by working closely with Materials, Production, and all other relevant stakeholders
o Identify, create visibility, and drive actions risks associated with fulfillment of Customer Requirements/Master Production Schedule by closely working with Materials, Manufacturing, Production, warehousing, logistics, and all relevant stakeholders
o Regularly work with materials team for proactive shortages, short cycle shipments as well as customer demands, and proactive material planning. Keep rigorous track of Parts at Risk (PAR)
o Continuously engage with customers and drive OTD (on time delivery) and similar matrices for fulfillment
o Ensure dispatches to customers by coordinating with dispatch teams, logistics, and customers
o Release Planned/Work Orders and drive the job closures through Manufacturing
o Drive Sales & Operations planning, manage change order management, participate in Budgeting & OP planning, drive the cost out and saving initiatives
o Drive the control of inventory of Raw Materials, WIP, GIT, and Finished Goods as per inventory entitlement as well as ensure control over slow moving/Obsolescence as per inventory policy. Further, keep on optimizing inventory levels and meeting the inventory turns target.
o Drive rigorous implementation of advance SRM module in Oracle (iSupplier), Oracle Transport Management (OTM), PFEP, Inventory Modeling, and Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) for 100% implementation during program and routing phase as well. Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule
o Participate and work closely with sourcing and other program teams to ensure successful roll out of the products/programs
o Identify and manage bottleneck and capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
o Timely update and release daily, weekly and monthly metrics charts and focus on measures of performance to meet delivery performance targets
o Work closely with logistics and warehouse for optimization of space and cost
o Work closely with Customs, Logistics, and materials team to Ensure advance licensing related compliances.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 4 year degree in Operations Management and any Engineering field
• 5 + years of relevant experience in Master Scheduling, Production planning
• Manage & control demand planning activities and scheduling,
• Key deliverables on timely scheduling, order fulfilment etc.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and Presentation skills
• Good exposure to ERP, MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities

Desired Characteristics:
• Oracle, ASCP, ATP, CTP and order management Exposure
• Exposure to Constrained & unconstrained planning scenarios
• APICS certification and prior O&G, energy industry experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & assign right prioritization
• Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and organizational skills in a matrix organization
