Role Summary: Support the HR department on several tasks for the manufacturing plant in Haaksbergen. You get the opportunity to gain practical experience and your own commitment is crucial to the success of your internship.
Essential Responsibilities: - Sickness administration and follow up on Wet Poortwachter - Advise employees and managers in the field of staffing issues in the field of legislation and regulations, absenteeism and CAO - Provide payroll input to HR operations, including corrections, and processing salary payments - Handle mail and conducting correspondence - Assess (open) applications (and CVs) - Management of personnel files - Administrative coordination of interns - Order, regulate and administer grants AO Preparation of management reports Initiate and develop the Health Ahead newsletter Support at events, clinics and workshops
Qualifications/Requirements: - Only for internships for MBO students for 10 months - Good communication skills - Good language skills (English and Dutch)
