Role Summary:
This role primary responsibility will be to own the successful customer relationship and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the customer and the GE Renewables Service business. Essentials responsibilities for this role will be:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Customers single point of contact for assigned customers
  • Own contract financial performance, responsible for customer’s contract portfolio financial profitability, fulfillment control & margin expansion
  • Own decision making and approve on major cost and strategic activities
  • Assure timely resolution of all customer issues and drive customer satisfaction up
  • Coordinate and lead with customers regular reviews on service performance, open topics, Bonus/LDs and open disputes
  • Contract issue management and contractual disputes close out assuring timely resolution
  • Identify and channel to Sales team new opportunities and support sales and commercial team during ITO phase
  • Manage customer Past Due, LD/Bonus, price escalation management
  • Own and manage the Contract Margin review process & financial visibility
  • Identify, drive and implement global and site specific productivity initiatives to gain efficiency and expand margin
  • Engage on early stage of contract lifecycle to understand customer expectations on contract scope and
  • Identify and drive contract risk mitigation actions upfront
  • Generate regular reporting on customer and contract performance for internal management
  • Function as liaison and escalation point between customers and internal GE organizations
  • Structured and comprehensive feedback to ITO and other GE organizations on contract management lessons learned
  • Lead ITO to OTR contract handover is performed

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or technical or commercial apprenticeship in combination with significant wind business experience
    • Demonstrated customer relationship management
    • Demonstrated Contact process and management experience
    • Experience in Wind Energy service industry
    • German and English language fluency
    • Experience with customer contract issue resolution & support
    • Ability to work and influence effectively across functions in a matrix environment
    • Ready to travel mainly domestic
    • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and creating a team collaboration environment team player
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities and results oriented attitude
    • Demonstrated knowledge on financial metrics analysis
    • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

      Desired Characteristics:

      • Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE employees only)
      • Working Knowledge of Wind Services Contracts T&C, financials and technical operations
      • Proficiency on data analysis and computer tools
      • Strong experience with Wind Services field operations
      • Experience on managing customer’s receivable accounts
      • Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization
      • Strong business / financial skills
