Role Summary: • Master Scheduling is the management of time, data & information throughout our organization. • Its purpose is to drive the Supply Chain in order to deliver the right product, in the right quantity, at the right moment. • Manufacturing Master Scheduler has specifically the responsibility to ensure Manufacturing OTD
Essential Responsibilities: Manufacturing Planning Animate Last Planner Process to ensure a proper short-term planning (daily and weekly meetings) Update Manufacturing Project Plannings and ensure a regular feed-back to project teams Animate Resources Management (Weekly and Monthly basis) and Capacity Plan (CAPLA) monthly update Master Scheduling & Planning Ensure Master Data management through part number & BOM creation within ERP, enhancing items with pertinent data provided by engineering (lead time, hacc…) and creation of associated purchase request when necessary, Provide the complete purchasing package to sourcing team Ensure that all the date are clean in ERP (PMX) Interact with Supply Chain teams and Project Planning to regularly update key dates, track the progress and ensure that actions are deployed to secure Supply Chain OTD (manage Level 1 alert and escalate to PSCM in case of Project decision need) On request, the Manufacturing Master Scheduler can be in charge for some project of updating the project planning and issuing the monthly deliverables (progress report, key dates, S-curves, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with significant experience in Manufacturing/industrial experience), or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills (french & English mandatory) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills. Overall Supply Chain knowledge ERP expertise Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access…)
