Role Summary: Sales Manager for the leading Vibration Monitoring Systems product company "GE Bently Nevada" based in Doha, Qatar responsible for business growth and relationship with our customers in this important country, for O&G and non O&G accounts with strong and positive personal attitude and product and customer domain expertise
Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for selling BN portfolio of products Grow the market share and leverage the BN installed base to maximize values to customers Partner with the other functions and local channel partner to align the plan and meet customer's expectations Own the sales plan for Qatar including Orders, Sales, Convertible orders and cash. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients. Continuously interact with customers for knowledge and technology sharing through technology days and site meetings Drive NPI's and run demos Drive Software and Digital transformation through outcome selling
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 7 years of experience in O&G domain Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Account Sales. Strong communication skills Fluent English Strong presentation skills Experienced in the Qatari market and key customers Knowledgeable with Bently Nevada products and services
