Role Summary:
Metrics & Indicators Development Specialist is in charge of simplifying, optimizing, automating and innovating on Parts Fulfillment metrics and indicators for execution performance and resources utilization, plus defining or optimizing communication to internal and external customers. She/he is putting the right measures in place to make sure that Parts OM defined goals are achieved consistently, like On Time Delivery, Customer Orders Volume, Quality or Productivity objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Define, build & set up the right indicators with Parts Management that will drive achievement of Order Management & Parts Fulfillment goals & objectives like On Time Delivery, Orders Volume, Quality, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction or others that may be necessary
  • Facilitate follow up rhythm on indicators with OM team members and other departments influencing defined objectives like Planning, Warehouse, Sourcing, etc., helping to drive expedition processes, correction actions and their implementation
  • Metrics communication processes standardization & execution for excellence in customer communication and transparency
  • Strong participation and leadership in Oracle enhancements projects
  • EHS tasks in the context of the teamwork

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Finishing University Degree in Engineering or Business Management
    • Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (communications, intercultural skills)
    • Good general knowledge of MS Office package, specially Excel
    • Forcefulness, working independently. Flexibility, capacity, engagement
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Team spirit, self-initiative, accountability
    • EU Work Permit

    Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.

    Desired Characteristics:


    • Knowledge in the materials/parts logistics fulfillment supply chain
    • Experience in Oracle ERP
    • Experience in internal customer management roles
    • Solid process management skills.
    • Technical background in Wind Energy products
    • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
    • Fluent German skills
