Role Summary: This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and to Global Commercial COE Leader. Responsible for overall program management of the Marketing and Commercial Acceleration Program (MCAP). MCAP is focused on driving 5%+ commercial productivity by driving improvement in seven key areas: Segmentation & targeting, Strengthening value propositions, Addressing price erosion, Sales force & channel design, Sales Force Effectiveness, Digital commercial enablement, Delivering great customer experience
Essential Responsibilities: • Organize, coordinate and oversee progress of the MCAP work streams • Develop and execute an operational plan for the roll out of the work streams • Establish and run program operating mechanisms • Work with key stakeholders and project leaders to: o Define and track performance against milestones o Develop, track and drive opportunity and impact measurement plans o Track and support allocation of budgets to deliver on plan o Identify risks and develop and execute risk retirement plans • Track progress, prepare reports and provide program briefings • Establish governance structure. • Be visible at the GEHC commercial council, providing timely progress updates and implement recommended course correction. • Support GE-wide MCAP • Bring broader expertise to bear to proactively engage in direct project task execution as required • Promote a culture of impact, speed and customer centricity

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 2. 10+ years of experience in program management or a related field 3. Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, global programs and projects 4. Proven bias for action in an intense operating environment 5. Excellent communicator 6. Strong influencing skills 7. Proven collaborative work/leadership style 8. Track record of execution in a global environment 9. Analytically oriented mind and skill set
Desired Characteristics: 1. Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field 2. 15+ years of experience in program management or a related field 3. Risk management experience 4. Proven analytics capability 5. Digitally savvy 6. Healthcare industry experience with in-depth knowledge of product offerings and commercial processes
