Essential Responsibilities:
Manage Supply Chain, Shipping, Inventory and support the ALTAIS Project. Manage the purchase of all parts and components for production, engineering, and R&D. Manage the logistics of all shipments, national and international, that respects product quality. Manage all sub-contractors for the site including janitors, and equipment repairmen when appropriate. Manage the flow of materials for production to keep a minimum of raw materials for inventory value minimization. Manage the warehouse foot print and needs according to the flow of finished goods in the factory. Define conditions of storage (dynamic, project, classical), and handling. Manage internal and external flows keeping accurate the quantities stored. Involved in inventory accuracy and validate accuracy by performing regular counting (cycle counting, full stock take). Define modalities of consumption such as picking list, backflush. For ALTAIS Project, serve as SAP expert on site. Responsible for maintaining the project planning, following the team and supporting all the supply chain parts of the project. Manage corporate reporting for all supply chain and supplier indicators. Manage corporate sourcing representatives for all suppliers for the optical current sensor products. Interface with marketing to forecast and plan the material demands for production.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, or Sourcing & Supply Chain Management, and two (2) years experience in related occupation required. The position also required some experience with large international, technological and industrial organizations with a complex matrix type organization and cross cultural management; some experience with advanced Sourcing & supply chain methods; some SAP experience; some experience with Optical components used in telecommunication production and polarization maintaining fiber; some experience with ERP SAP for materials and productions modules to set up the production flow of materials in an ERP system like SAP; and some experience with supplier/vendor management and vendor maintenance.
