Role Summary: TMS Florence Service Shop Technical support has to support the technical team to realize different project optimization linked to EHS, quality and On Time delivery Targets. Principal scope is to realize dedicated tooling for work shop in order to increase actual EHS requirements and reduce cycle time.
Identify possible project for tooling, project design according to internal EHS requirements and work shop needs
Verify compliance to internal EHS rules and external laws, certifications and/or requirements
Understand, analyze and identify critical points on cycle time to define an area that has to improve and complete using dedicated tooling
Support in defining EHS risks and cycle time reduction
Support in defining additional procedure for work shop (Work instruction) to better explain a proper work method including tooling use
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a mechanical engineering
Knowledge of EHS fundamentals
Knowledge of Oil & Gas products
Strong communication and influencing skills
Clear thinker, problem solving skills along with process improvement driven mindset
