Role Summary: The Sales Operations Effectiveness specialist is responsible for designing and building the appropriate business metrics in alignment with the strategic improvement actions to continuously improve customer experience and business performance. As an experienced process analytical specialist, he/she works closely with all key GE Healthcare operational teams to ensure a wing-to-wing metrics that are clearly identified and owned in the most optimum way.
Essential Responsibilities: • Develop & build appropriate metrics to measure customer experience and business performance related to the execution of orders, as well as measuring impacts of improvement actions. • Analyze trend and support in building the appropriate targets for these metrics leading to best-in-class customer experience and business performance related to the execution of orders • Support he analysis of the metrics performance and trends for improvement opportunities and ensure process improvement initiatives are launched/pushed in partnership with global/pole/EGM stakeholders for successful implementation • Create or leverage performance management tools to report EGM Sales Operations Effectiveness (dashboards, scorecards, …) • Participate to global/pole/EGM initiatives by being the representative and voice of the regions in building the right tools and platforms that consolidate and centralize the business data metrics cockpits.
Quality Specific Goals:
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required • Contribute to continuous improvement by escalating known deviation to any work instruction or procedure that is not matching the Quality Management System
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline • 5+ years experience working in projects in operational areas (sales operations, supply chain, finance, service, …) • 3+ years in GE or similar organization structure, to understand matrix complexity • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools • Result oriented, rigor in execution • Collaborative, able to work with all functions across different levels of the organization and influence through usage of data driven analysis • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English • External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view on the broader picture • Executive level presentation skills • High computer skills: Excel, MS-Office, Oracle
