Role Summary:
Customer Project Leader (CPL) is a leading role within the GE Healthcare Enterprise & Solutions team, working in the region of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) on major healthcare projects with existing named accounts (Enterprise Accounts). In this strategic role, the CPL is responsible for overall solutions architecture including technology, clinical content & data analytics; delivering associated strategy, expertise that contributes to business development and fulfillment processes

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Leads the organization and processes for Solution content (leveraging GEHC / GE Store as well as third party content) in customer engagements and designs overall solution adapted to customer needs
2. Identifies and articulates the clinical & technological benefits of a design concept based on value elements (VB healthcare - Care pathways) to the customer as well as developing the customer presentation
3. Discovers & Evaluates customer needs in collaboration with the Account Executive. Leads on-site customer assessments to validate customers’ potential needs and is the primary interface of the region with the central Enterprise & Solutions team, P&Ls, and Centers of Excellence (CoE).
4. Leads the project plan design and coordinates the organization (leveraging GEHC / GE Store as well as third party content) in customer engagements. Ensures technology, processes, care delivery at highest quality are integrated, can be implemented and designs overall solution adapted to customer needs
o Articulates the clinical, operational and economic benefits of the solution based on value criteria (Value Based Healthcare - Care Pathways) to the customer as well as develops the customer presentation
o Conducts solution architecture workshop with client in coordination and under the leadership of the Account Executive. Verifies requirements, current state and desired capabilities. Identify roadmap to ideal state and related capabilities. Size GE solution to client needs; conduct pilot if required
o Specifies the GE solution proposal, determining GE offerings involved in the solution and any partnership/alliance/resources needed for solution delivery (inside or outside GE)
o Assesses capability to implement / deliver solution, estimating costs, delivery team / schedule and project duration
o Learns from solutions design and implementation to create knowledge GE can leverage in future deals. Ensure this knowledge is shared across Enterprise & Solutions teams and COEs
5. In coordination with the Account executive and internal pricing, designs pricing strategies to maximize margins. Achieve, orders, sales, and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned projects while managing costs within budget and following tollgates review with management
6. Actively contributes to Value proposition assessments with data, content & insights in close cooperation with Modalities and Marketing teams; Demonstrates Solution with contacts established by account executive
7. Handovers projects for implementation to contract manager / fulfillment teams, and provide appropriate follow-up/support to identify and deliver productivity gain over the course of the project
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Complete Ascend training and implement methodology in the field
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GEHC EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken

• 10+ years of experience in medical device industry commercial roles with strong background in operations (sales, services, operations or marketing) or leading operations within large public or private healthcare institutions with strong Project Management and strategy background
• Strong competence in project development and management & execution of large scale multi-modality- turn key projects or programs within public or private sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related
• Broad knowledge of analytics, big data practices, software platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both internal team members and external customers
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with Hospital COO, CTO, Chief Strategy Officer, Healthcare Authorities, Construction Companies etc.
• Willingness and ability to travel within CIS region

Desired Characteristics:
• Consulting experience and consultative selling experience in Healthcare domain would be an asset
• Strong technology & clinical background and experience in Six Sigma/Lean Management would be an asset
• Masters’ degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends – go beyond the status quo
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results
• Ability to execute on multiple priorities
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Contract Compliance Experience
• Contract Negotiating & closing Skills
• Healthcare Finance Understanding/Experience
