Role Summary: As Service Center Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will have significant opportunity to demonstrate creative problem-solving, communication and sourcing process skills in repairing service and fast-paced environment. You will lead to define the sourcing strategy to support service center growth, improve the execution process to ensure customer on time delivery, minimize the total cost of transactions through negotiation and optimize supplier base to support
Essential Responsibilities: • Developing & executing the sourcing strategies that deliver a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance. • Driving sourcing execution for supplier development, RFQ process and Contract negotiation including full accountability for buy and meeting deflation targets. • Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met. • Performing detailed cost analysis of components & manufacturing processes used by our suppliers to ensure highest quality at the lowest cost solution. • Partnering with key local business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business. • Driving improvements in sourcing processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management. • Educating cross functions on sourcing policy and ensure Sourcing to Pay compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements: • BS / BA Degree (material, mechanical or related technical major), plus Business preferred • 10 years+ working experience and 5 years+ sourcing / operational experience • Power Plant Application, Service or repair shop experience • Demonstrated negotiation skills, contract development and business law knowledge • High motivation and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal on Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills • Strong interpersonal / facilitation skills • Proactive and positive self-starter with energy, enthusiasm and ability to execute • Experienced working skills with Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and web based tools
