Essential Responsibilities: Communications Support to Services Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement communication plan to support and promote initiatives from customer experience, employee experience, digital technologies, operational excellence and profitable growth teams
Engagement through Internal communications • Develop and implement communication plans for Svc leaders in Lat Am • Develop and deploy specific communication actions to align employees on Svc strategy and vision • Execute Internal communication initiatives
Commercial Alignment on Offerings • Develop materials and content to align commercial team on Svc offerings • Ensure new app effectiveness on keeping field team aligned
Qualifications/Requirements: • Graduated or graduating on Marketing or Public Relations. • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing • Experience on building and execution of communication plans • Ability to translate ideas and concepts on a comprehensive communication framework and action plans • Experience working across multiple functions and regions • Solid PC skills, specially Power Point internet, digital tools • Adaptable / flexible to deal with changes and dynamic environment • Fluent in Portuguese
