Role Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the commercial service business to drive improved customer experience, operationalize new products and growth campaigns and build capacity within the team through improved tools and processes. You will be a key member of the team working with many stakeholders across the business to drive commercial improvement & growth. You will have strong system knowledge, strong influencing skills & clear thinking and someone with a passion for improvement.
• Support the commercial team by building capacity in current roles through; o Identification & removal of non value activities o Automation of manual tasks o Improved alignment of tasks and roles o Adoption, implementation & maintenance of sales tools o Process improvement to reduce re-work & drive efficiency o Identify & support reporting requirement
• Support revenue tracking & forecasting activities through improved reporting and system process • Work with segment leaders to support operationalizing new offerings/products, ensuring KPI’s, customer reporting and service deliverables are system supported and automated. • Support the sales teams with sales tools to drive improved customer experience • Work closely with the commercial excellence team to ensure service are aligned to wider strategies • Collaborating with local and APAC IT teams to maintain content and drive relevance and functionality in SFDC.com • Be a central point of contact within service for APAC on CRM improvements of functionality and automation of data to ensure business relevance in dashboards and metrics. • Support the wider commercial business with projects as required.

• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs. • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Qualifications/Requirements: Education in business administration. Experience in administration/support roles. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong understanding of business systems Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management Proficiency in designing and implementing new systems/processes Change management capability
