Role Summary: Provide first level support to operations function. May be responsible for analyzing sales market data and administering sales VC plans. May be responsible for providing training to sales teams. Coordinate regional compliance board meetings. Responsible for regional NPS actions, coordination of all customer issues across functions like service and OTR. Support sales operations leader in SFE & other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Set up and maintain sales operations processes and policies. Generate order and sales forecast and analysis reports 2. Set up processes & database to collect local market and customer data and generate management reports 3. Coordinate all activities related to generating NPS scores and follow up on customer hot sheets. 4. Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from NPS interviews 5. Set up a process to capture & track contract changes in the system: cost/order change & concession 6. Base cost and OVC management 7. T&L budget control: allocation, tracking and report out 8. OVC (vendor items, Pass due, pending acceptance etc.) 9. Collaborate within Back Office team to ensure proposals quality and bid offers requirements are met and improvement strategies are implemented. 10. Be responsible to understand Terms & Conditions, and any "special" requirements on bids and government solicitations. 11. Work with Product Sales Specialists and product departments, to collect technical and documental information to integrate it on bids.
Qualifications/Requirements: Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor in a healthcare or administration field (e.g. biomedical engineering highly preferred, administration or similar). 2. 3+ years experience in Sales/Services and/or Operations roles 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people 4. Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc. 5. Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines 7. Good English capability in both spoken and written
